The Seedlings classes are inspired by Pickler and Waldorf ways of caring for baby and provide a nourishing environment in which parents and caregivers can find community and deepen their intuitive understanding of their child’s development. Each indoor class will be held in a warm and nurturing environment. Each outdoor class may include an outdoor walk in the warmer seasons. There will be a chance to share the joys and challenges of the week as well as a quiet observation of the babies as they engage with their surroundings. Parents and caregivers will learn songs, lullabies, and games that will engage and soothe their infants and provide opportunity to strengthen attachment. Discussion topics  include the importance of daily rhythms, warmth, joyful and respectful care, free movement and self initiated play in the infants development, sleep and nutrition. Capacity: 8 families
